The world in which these stories are written has a number of differences to our world:

Women, in general have larger bustlines and produce milk starting in puberty. The average woman wears a D-cup bra (assuming a 34" underbust) and makes about a pint of milk every day. The fact that women lactate is an old one, one that has penetrated deep into minds and societies around the world. Women feeding other people their milk is commonplace- almost everyone does so on a daily basis. Women almost always pump out their milk if they don’t find someone to drink it from them directly- after all, their milk will keep building up if they don’t regularly express it.

Men have less immediately noticeable changes than women do. On average, their packages aren’t much longer, girthier, or beefier than our side. Their big change is something that slowly becomes more pronounced over the course of the day- men slowly but constantly curn out cum that gets stored in their balls. It doesn’t seem like much- about a fluid ounce over a whole day- but it builds up if it doesn’t get released. A regular guy could go anywhere between one or two weeks before their body gets too backed up and decides to release everything with or without the man’s input, cumming everything (usually shy of three cups) in one huge orgasm.

These aren’t the only differences in the population. If you walked down the street in this world, you’d notice more than just the modest increases described above. Hyper women are more noticeable than hyper men, though is usually less frequently seen in public. Hyper women’s breasts are gigantic, commonly around two feet in diameter each and producing ninety gallons of milk per day on average, usually expressed over multiple sessions thoughout the day. Hyper Women receive disability benefits from the government- while enough to cover increased food and clothings costs, it allows them to live a modest life, at the cost of handing over a good chunk of your milk and living in hyper habitations (buildings with dedicated infrastructure to collect, do basic treatment on, and dispense milk).

The life of hyper men is not so cushiony. Their packages might not be so large- balls usually nine inches in diameter with cocks usually two feet erect- but they lack much of the support that hyper women receive. Dedicated infrastructure for the eight gallons or so of cum that they make every day is usually limited to “dry rooms” to help minimize cleanup, stipends for clothes and food are barely adequate. At least you just need to swipe your government-issued card at the hyper habitation to be able to pick up as much milk as you’d like.

Between these two extremes lie the subhypers. While not as extreme as their rarer hypers, they do make up a sizable chunk of the population- if you lived in this world, you’d likely know three or four subhypers yourself. The subhyper women would be more popular, having breasts just over a foot in diameter and making some twenty gallons a day would mean they have plenty of surplus to go around. Subhyper men aren’t likely to be as helpful, but there is something nice to packing a nine-and-a-half incher with baseball-sized nuts… as long as you can deal with the near pint of cum that you churn out everyday…

Most of these stories take place in the city of Santa Maria, an alternate-universe version of Los Angeles.
