Sam is rather odd individual.

She’s a curious, easily fascinated, and subject to her whims. Those who know her are rarely able to guess what her current interests are or what she’s doing next. She frequently surprises even her wife, Hermea, with some of the things she does or talks about. And it’s not like these are idle whims- when she’s focused on something, she can commit all the way to the end.

But if you were to see her in person, it’s quite likely that her personality wouldn’t be her most standout quality. She’s a hyper, and it shows; her gigantic breasts stand out all the more against her small body. It’s actually a constant point of consternation for her that others treat her as incapable of handling her own body, offering to help her squeeze through doorways, reach certain things, doing things on her behalf. Even Hermea stumbles with this sometimes, occasinally sparking moments of tension between the two. Still, Sam soldiers on. She, like most other hypers, has made some peace with herself and gotten used to the life she has to live.
